Its been awhile since I posted. I have been so busy with swaps that I cant catch my breathe. Anyway, I started my weigh loss regiment. Right now all I am doing is portion control, lots of water and a little bit of exercise.
I have lost 7 pounds in 5 weeks. I just imagine what I would have lost if I had exercised harder. I have 42 more ponds to go to reach " a normal weight", but I dont think its going to happen. I will make 10 pound goals. Right now, I have 3 more pounds to reach my first goal, then its on to the next 10 pounds.
