Ok, so I've been a little slack in working with my blog. Actually STILL waiting on a certain person to help me with it, however, I'm never available so I can't blame her.Update on weight loss. I've only lost 9 pounds in 11 weeks. Not what I expected but losing it slowly is better then losing alot at one time. I dont't run as big a risk of gaining it back. I have fallen into a bad eating

I only lost .6 pounds this week but I am still happy. A loss is a loss, no matter how much. I plan to exercise a bit more, was kind of lazy this week.

Its been awhile since I posted. I have been so busy with swaps that I cant catch my breathe. Anyway, I started my weigh loss regiment. Right now all I am doing is portion control, lots of water and a little bit of exercise. I have lost 7 pounds in 5 weeks. I just imagine what I would have lost if I had exercised harder. I have 42 more ponds to go to reach " a normal weight", but I dont think

Well I'm back from a short stay in Florida. My daughter and I took my grand daughter (2) to the beach at Perdido Key. Had a great time, she loved it. Another Cricut board member and I did a private swap. We coordinated very well together. We took every other letter, determined what size these cards would be, what font we would use and so on. We used animals to coordinate with the letter. Had to use animal finder on the internet for some of the letters.
